Sauvignon is especially common in the foothills of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, where it can best express its aromatic potential. Straw-yellow colour with a delicate and aromatic scent resembling yellow flowers, sage, mint and peppers.
Made with grapes: 100% Sauvignon blanc
Harvest: Hand picking and selection of healthy grapes.
Vinification: Vinification temperature at 18°C. The wine is bottled 6 months after harvest.
Alcohol content: 13.5% by vol.
Tasting notes: Smooth, dry, medium body, with a lingering aroma on the finish.
Gastronomy: Goes well with lean starters, cold cuts, white fish and white meat.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
